Sahara Case LLC uses advertising and analytics tools (for example, Meta Pixel and Google Ads) that may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state privacy laws (e.g., California CPRA, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Oregon, Texas).

Your Choices

1. Opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising:
   • Use our Cookie Settings to disable “Advertising” cookies and pixels.
   • We also honor recognized universal opt-out signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control, “GPC”). If your browser sends GPC, we treat that as an opt-out in applicable states.
2. Rights requests (access, deletion, correction, portability, appeal):
   • Email marketing@saharacase.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and include your name, email, and request type.
   • Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.

• Ensure your browser’s Global Privacy Control is enabled if you want it applied automatically.

Minors

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. If we learn this has occurred, we will delete such information and honor opt-out preferences.
