What is your return policy?
If the order was placed through SaharaCase.com, we will accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase. If you purchased via Amazon or another outlet, you should go through that system to make your return. How long is my SaharaCase under warranty? What does the warranty cover?
We cover our phone cases against defects in material or workmanship for a warranty period of one year from the original date of purchase. However, we are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, nor for the replacement of any personal devices or property inside or outside of SaharaCase products.
How long is my ZeroDamage Tempered Glass under warranty? What does the warranty cover?
We will provide a free exchange, with US delivery, for ZeroDamage Glass protectors that have a defect in material or quality for 14 days from the time of delivery of the original date of purchase. After 14 days, customers can replace their ZeroDamage Glass Screen Protector at a 70% discount (Excludes TV Screen Protectors). Customers must contact customer support for a replacement coupon.
I've sent in the requested information for my warranty claim. When will I receive my replacement?
You should receive an update on your claim within 72 hours of sending in the required information, followed by a tracking number when the replacement ships. If more than 72 hours have passed, please contact us for assistance. Things may just be taking a bit longer to process.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We offer First Class shipping via USPS on all products purchased through our website. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days.
