What is SaharaCase's return policy?

We want you to be happy with your SaharaCase product. If you bought your SaharaCase product directly from saharacase.com, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, we offer in-store credit or exchanges. If you purchased our product through one of our authorized distribution channels, such as BestBuy, Costco, Target, or Amazon, please initiate your return through the authorized distributor. 

 

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our Customer Service team at 888-850-2871 or email us at support@saharacase.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your original order number and payment information when emailing us. Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the package when returning the product.

 

What's covered under SaharaCase's Lifetime Warranty?

Most of our products come with a Lifetime Warranty. However, please note that this warranty excludes screen protectors as they have their own Limited Lifetime Warranty. This coverage ensures your satisfaction for years to come.

Our ZeroDamage screen protectors are designed to last. They come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Within the first 14 days, you can get a full refund if you change your mind. After that, we offer replacement screen protectors; just cover the shipping and handling.

 

What happens if my SaharaCase product is on backorder?

Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available. Some items may require prepayment. If the shipment is delayed due to manufacturer issues, we'll contact you with updates.

 

How do I obtain warranty service?

To make a claim under the Limited Product Warranty, email us at support@saharacase.com with the product SKU, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We'll provide you with an RMA number and return instructions. Remember to mark the RMA number on the package when returning the product.

Yes, it's essential to understand that our warranty does not cover any damage to your device, even if it was covered by one of our products.Â
