What is SaharaCase's return policy?

We want you to be happy with your SaharaCase product. If you bought your SaharaCase product directly from saharacase.com, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, we offer in-store credit or exchanges. If you purchased our product through one of our authorized distribution channels, such as BestBuy, Costco, Target, or Amazon, please initiate your return through the authorized distributor. 

 

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our Customer Service team at 888-850-2871 or email us at support@saharacase.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your original order number and payment information when emailing us. Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the package when returning the product.

 

What's covered under SaharaCase's Lifetime Warranty?

Most of our products come with a Lifetime Warranty. However, please note that this warranty excludes screen protectors as they have their own Limited Lifetime Warranty. This coverage ensures your satisfaction for years to come.

Our ZeroDamage screen protectors are designed to last. They come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Within the first 14 days, you can get a full refund if you change your mind. After that, we offer replacement screen protectors; just cover the shipping and handling.

 

What happens if my SaharaCase product is on backorder?

Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available. Some items may require prepayment. If the shipment is delayed due to manufacturer issues, we'll contact you with updates.

 

How do I obtain warranty service?

To make a claim under the Limited Product Warranty, email us at support@saharacase.com with the product SKU, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We'll provide you with an RMA number and return instructions. Remember to mark the RMA number on the package when returning the product.

 

Is there anything else I should know?

Yes, it's essential to understand that our warranty does not cover any damage to your device, even if it was covered by one of our products.

Good to decent wallet. Probably OK for the price. Honestly, my first impression was that it looked cheap. The card slots are very tough to use; they hold on to a credit card like a death grip. Also, the AirTag slot looked overstuffed and not well put together when I got the AirTag in it. It is decent, tho. They just kept begging me for a review, so there it is.

This has everything I need in a phone case and nothing I don't need. 1. It fits. I don't feel like it will deform like some silicon cases I've had for other phones. The Moto Edge is tricky too because of how the Camera section sticks out. 2. It will protect my phone from drops. It sits proud of the screen and cameras with an extra rubbery rim around the cameras (again, the cameras stick out so this is important) so I'm not worried about scratches when I inevitably drop it. 3. It's got a grippy texture. I am far less likely to drop my phone, which of course means I'm less likely to damage it. In addition it's a one piece case, very simple. there are no parts that might break off or get lost. It's also pretty inexpensive, so if it does break, it's not a lot of money to replace. All this makes it the perfect case for me. If you want magnets or pop sockets or who knows what, this might not be the case for you. This is just a simple case to help keep your phone safe.
