Lifetime Warranty

Most of our products come with a generous Lifetime Warranty, ensuring your satisfaction for years to come. We're confident you'll love your Sahara product, but if you're not entirely happy within the first 14 days, no worries! You can get your money back. And after the initial 14 days, we're still here for you – offering hassle-free exchanges or store credit.

Exclusions: Please note that our Lifetime Warranty excludes screen protectors, as these come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Our screen protectors are designed to offer extended protection, but they have their own separate coverage.

Screen Protector Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our ZeroDamage screen protectors are designed to stand the test of time. They come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you change your mind in the first 14 days, we'll gladly refund your purchase. Beyond that, if you need a replacement screen protector, we've got you covered. Just cover the shipping and handling, and we'll make sure your device stays protected.

Easy Returns

Returning a Sahara product is a breeze! If you purchased directly from saharacase.com and wish to return it within 14 days of your original purchase, simply reach out to our friendly Customer Service team at 888-850-2871 or email us at support@saharacase.com. They'll help you get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, making the process smooth and efficient.

Here's how it works:

  1. Email us with the reason for your return, and provide your original order number and payment information at support@saharacase.com.
  2. We'll verify that your return falls within the 14-day return period.
  3. Once verified, we'll send you an email containing your RMA number and detailed return instructions.

Remember to always include your RMA number on the outside of the package when returning a Sahara product. This helps us process your return promptly and ensures you receive the refund or exchange you deserve. Please note: Sending a Sahara product without an RMA number will void Sahara's responsibilities under the return policy, even if proof of delivery is available. We don't want you to lose out, so make sure to mark that number on the outside of the package!

To protect your return, please use a carrier service with a tracking number. Feel free to share your return information with us when it's available. As part of our return policy. Please provide a full description of why you're returning the product.
