    At first I was very disappointed with my first iphone case with Sahara, they sent me the wrong case due to storage room error. However they made it right “they did the right thing and sent me the correct one the second time delivered” their mistake, and copt to it. I am very happy with my iphone 14 pro max case. Hey, they also let me keep the first one. Keep up the good work… A true customer.

    iPhone 14 Pro Max Clear Hard Shell Case | Venture Series

    It's cute but there's no world where I'd fork over a whole $50. Luckily it was my first purchase through the Shop app so I paid only $19 for it on promotion. The lettering looks like stickers and the entire thing has a cheap feel to it.. the mouse arrived with a discoloration defect. I'm sure this one's on me, but the setup is battery powered. Thankfully some batteries were included, but I'm not looking forward to switching them out each time they die. Not sure why I thought I purchased a rechargeable set.

    Item came damaged and didn’t work. There was confusion on who to speak with for a resolution between Sahara and Anker. While it was not an easy process, ultimately, I did receive an email that I would be refunded, which made the issue better.

    Anker 313 Wireless Charger (Stand)

    The product was absolutely not as advertised. SaharaCase’s website specifically indicated this protector would fit the Apple Watch Series 12, which is why I purchased it. I verified compatibility beforehand, since SaharaCase was one of the few companies offering a glass-only protector (not a case) for a newer Apple Watch. When it arrived, it did not fit properly, and my touchscreen was no longer functional. I immediately removed it and contacted customer support for a refund. It took an entire week to respond to my email. I only got a response after calling, and was told I had to ship it back at my own expense and pay a restocking fee. For a $25 product that was advertised as compatible but doesn’t work, I would recover very little after return shipping and the restocking fee. Between the inaccurate advertising and poor customer service, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not purchase from SaharaCase again.

    Not as quiet as my other keyboards. And the cat mouse has too high of an arch for me. Ended up using a shorter mouse. I also seem to make more typing errors with this one than my other Sahara keyboard. Probably going to switch back.

    SaharaCase took my money and never shipped my order. I paid $29.99 on September 19, 2026 (Order #56028) for a phone case. The USPS tracking number they sent has been stuck at "label created" for over a week — the package was never handed to the post office. My complaint emails got no real reply, only automated marketing messages, including one asking me to review a product I never received. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Avoid this store.

    Buttons are very hard to access. Scan of QR code for install instructions stated video not available. Had to Google general instructions. My INCIPIO case for my other iPhone has easy to access buttons. It is a real chore to get both buttons depressed to turn phone off, same for volume control buttons
