What is the Best Liquid Screen Protector?

If you are looking for a screen protector for your smartphone, you’re making a sensible decision. Even the toughest of screens can get easily scratched or cracked, and day-to-day use means there is more chance of this happening.

There are many types of screen protectors, and some are more effective than others. In this article, we are looking at the latest in liquid glass screen protectors, but which is the best one for you? We’ve provided a brief review of four different ones, so let’s have a look!

Confused on the Best Liquid Screen Protector to Get? Here’s What You Need to Know!

We’ve picked four of the best liquid screen protector models on the market and looked at their relative merits. They are:

1. ZeroDamage UV Liquid Glass Screen Protector

Highlights:

  • Tempered glass screen
  • Liquid bottle
  • 0.33mm thickness
  • Anti-fingerprint coating

The ZeroDamage UV Liquid Glass Screen Protector

we looked at was designed for the Samsung Galaxy S10 E, but rest assured they are available for other phones. We always recommend you buy one specific to your model, as this will ensure that you can access all the buttons and functions.

This screen protector is a two-piece design: you get a tempered glass screen protector that fits very neatly on the front of the phone. It is 9H strength, which is what you want. You also get a bottle of the liquid protector, which acts as an adhesive. This fully protects the phone against knocks and bangs, and will readily prevent scratches. It’s easy to apply, and bubble-free, too.

2. ZeroDamage Liquid Screen Protector – UV Glass

Highlights:

  • Beveled edges
  • Easy application
  • 9H scratch protection
  • 0.3mm thickness

The ZeroDamage Liquid Screen Protector – UV Glass, which you can buy from SaharaCase, covers a wide variety of models and makes, and is generally regarded as one of the best screen protectors. This screen is designed with beveled edges so it looks the part and feels better. Notably, all of this range work with fingerprint ID, which is not the case with some screen protectors.

The glass tempered screen is supplied with the bottle of liquid for application, giving you two-layer protection. It measures 0.33mm in thickness, so it is among the thinnest of the glass screens you will find and offers 9H protection against scratches. It’s also coated with anti-fingerprint coating, which is something we recommend you look for when buying a glass screen protector.

3. Kristall Liquid Screen Protector

Highlights:

  • Liquid only – no tempered glass included
  • Easy to apply
  • Protects against fingerprints
  • Suitable for phones with glass screens

The Kristall Liquid Screen Protector is a genuine liquid screen protector, and that is all it offers. That’s not to say it isn’t worth checking out, but unlike the above, it does not come with a protective tempered glass protector. Where it wins is that it can be used on any smartphone and it is easy to apply.

Once applied, the liquid dries without bubbles, providing a very thin layer that is created using nano-technology. It does provide protection against annoying fingerprints, but will it help keep your screen intact if you happen to drop your phone? The answer is no, as it is not designed for this. If you want improved clarity from your screen, it’s very good and very cheap, but for out and out protection, this is not the product you want.

4. Spigen Glas TR Nano-Liquid

Highlights:

  • Nano-technology
  • Liquid bonds with glass screen
  • Anti-fingerprint coating
  • Oil and scratch resistance

The Spigen Glas TR Nano-Liquid, as with the above, is one that adds a liquid coating to your screen, using the clever technology that has been developed in what is effectively liquid glass. The result is a thin, very clear and smooth to the touch coating that will help protect against scratches but will most likely not provide protection against a shattered screen if you drop it.

However, it is worth looking at it closely, as it does provide some useful protection against fingerprints and the damaging oils that come from your skin, and it is not expensive.

Conclusion

Do you need a liquid screen protector? The first thing we will say is that you do need a screen protector, and preferably a tempered glass one for full, all-round protection. As for a liquid protector, we think they do a good job of keeping fingerprints at bay, they don’t add any extra thickness, and they do improve clarity.

You can check out the best liquid screen protectors in the SaharaCase range for further information on their use, and for a great choice of screen protectors, cases and other accessories for your smartphone and tablet.
