Very positive experience with the company and my purchase. My order was shipped within 24 hours and I got it in the mail within 3 business days. As for the product itself, it is exactly as promised. It will work with any existing screen protector in place. Without a doubt, your device will be protected; the trade-off being extra weight. I really appreciated the rotating hand-strap in the back. Kickstand is not adjustable and locks only in 1 position, roughly 45 degrees. Bottom line: it is made for heavy users expecting wear and tear from their Surface Pro 7, not the sleek folio covers suitable for briefcases. I would put it up as a serious alternative to UAG and Otterbox.
