Lifetime Warranty for Most Products

Most of our products are backed by a generous Lifetime Warranty, offering lasting satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy within the first 14 days, no worries! You can get your money back. Beyond the initial 14 days, we're still here for you, providing hassle-free exchanges or store credit.

Exclusions: Our Lifetime Warranty excludes screen protectors, which come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

ZeroDamage Screen Protector Warranty

Our ZeroDamage screen protectors are built to last and include a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you change your mind within the first 14 days, we'll gladly refund your purchase. Afterward, if you need a replacement screen protector, cover the shipping and handling, and we'll ship you a replacement screen protector, ensuring your device stays protected.

Easy Returns

Returning a SaharaCase product is simple! If you bought directly from saharacase.com and wish to return it within 14 days, contact our Customer Service team at 888-850-2871 or at support@saharacase.com and they will help you get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, ensuring a smooth process.

Here's the process:

  1. Please email us with the reason for your return, your original order number, and the payment method used.
  2. Once verified, we'll email you your RMA number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Always include your RMA number on the outside of the package when returning a SaharaCase product for a prompt refund or exchange.

Note: Sending a SaharaCase product without an RMA number voids SaharaCase's responsibilities under the return policy, even with proof of delivery.

Damaged Items Policy

Inspect your parcel carefully upon delivery. If you receive a damaged SaharaCase Product, notify the delivery company immediately. Do not discard any packaging materials or broken items. The delivery company must pick up the damaged goods and provide you with a claim number. Share the claim number with us so we can follow up on the claim status.

Exclusions: Device Damage

Please note that our warranty does not cover any damage to your device, even if it was covered by one of our products.

Dispute Resolution

SaharaCase is committed to resolving disputes or discrepancies. Please refrain from initiating chargebacks or claim procedures without first providing us with the opportunity to resolve the matter.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To make a claim under Warranty, email us at support@saharacase.com with the following information:

  • Product SKU
  • Purchase date
  • Brief description of the problem

Once your claim is validated, we'll issue an RMA number and shipping information. Mark the RMA number on the package when returning a SaharaCase product.
